What do you earn as an employee through BergWerk?

Know your rights

Are you going to work on a temporary and/or flexible basis? Then you earn the same as your colleagues who are permanently employed by the employer in question. The employment conditions that apply to them also apply to you. So honest, right?

A good salary

The salary you receive as an employment agency is called the hirer's reward. Many job seekers think that you earn less through an employment agency than in permanent employment, but that is not (anymore) the case. Since April 2015, it has been legally regulated that a temporary worker deserves the same as a permanent employee.

So suppose you start working as a mechanic at an installation company (the hirer) via BergWerk, then you earn the same salary as your colleague. It may of course be the case that that colleague earns a little more by:

• Higher education
• Longer employment
• More experience

But that applies to everyone, even if you are immediately employed as a permanent employee. Those wage increases (unfortunately) never come to fruition, you still have to do something for them;)

And ditto employment conditions

The so-called ‘secondary employment conditions’ are also the same for you as an employee. Consider the rules for breaks, overtime and the number of holidays –, but also other compensation such as:

• Overtime hours
• Irregularity surcharge
• Shift allowance
• Travel allowance

In short, we treat you precisely as permanent employees who work in equal (worthy) positions and are employed by the company you temporarily work for.

Benefits flexitime

More and more people are choosing flexible working through BergWerk. And this is why:

• You decide how much you work
• You can get started right away
• It gives you more freedom
• You can gain experience with different employers
• You're building a network quickly
• We'll help you get off to a flying start
• ... and arrange everything for you

Compare it with freedom of enterprise, but without the headaches;)
