Bergwerker Henriëtte has been employed for 10 years!

A milestone to be proud of!

This month is the party at BergWerk! Our always enthusiastic and energetic Henriëtte, whom we all call Jet, has been in service for 10 years this month! And of course we didn't let that pass unnoticed.

A surprising afternoon

Jet is someone who always realizes everything quickly. Curious, sharp and observant, so it was quite a challenge to really surprise her. Still, we succeeded!

Yesterday at 3:30 PM we just took her “with us, without telling us where we were going or what we were going to do. Of course Jet immediately started guessing (because that's how we know her 😉), but this time we kept the surprise a secret.

Upon arrival at the bowling center in Harderwijk, she was welcomed with a large bouquet of flowers and a personal magazine that is all about her. Written by colleagues, partners, customers, friends and family, full of memories, photos and stories from and about Jet over the past ten years. A beautiful and personal moment.

And as if that wasn't enough, Jet received a very special and precious gift from Annemarie, our director.

Energy, positivity and a big heart

Jet is someone you can't miss at BergWerk. Always present, always positive and full of energy. She has been on since she entered ’in the morning.

She is responsible, among other things, for the BergWerk Academy, where she arranges training and courses with care and dedication for employees who want to develop further or need something new for their work. And just like BergWerk, Jet has a big heart for animals. Something that once again characterizes her as a warm, committed and sincere person!

Ten years the ‘mother’ of the group

Jet has been caring for 10 years and is always aware of what is going on within the team. It is not without reason that we call her the mother of BergWerk.

The love for BergWerk is also in the family, because her son Ferry had a part-time job at BergWerk. Like mother, like son!

Jet, thank you so much!

Jet, your energy and love for BergWerk make a difference in ways that go beyond your position. The fact that you have been part of our team for a decade is something to really celebrate. On behalf of everyone: thank you for always being there, for us and for BergWerk. On to many more wonderful years full of energy, fun and commitment!
