Every company has many different types of employees. From the perfectionist to the gossip and from the sleepover to the creabea. What type of employee are you? In this blog we name 10 different types of colleagues, so read on!

1. The perfectionist

You want to do everything as best you can and you hate making mistakes. You prefer to check everything 10 times. Is the door really locked and there is no spelling error in an important text? You keep everyone around you sharp, but be careful not to experience too much inconvenience from it yourself.

2. The junkass

Do you like to have EVERYTHING at your fingertips? Are your notes together with your lunch, printed emails, office keys, charging cables, 7 pens and snacks on your desk? One calls it chaotic and the other calls it useful. You fall under that last group. ;)

3. The chatterbox

You prefer to talk about anything and everything all day long. Does your voice work overtime and do your colleagues sometimes wish that you can keep your mouth shut for a moment? Then you're the couple's chatterbox. Your colleagues describe you as the most sociable colleague and everyone gets along well with you.

4. The Superhero

Would you rather help colleagues than yourself? Then you are the lifesaver aka superhero. A printer that got stuck? You are immediately ready to help. Has coffee been spilled on the carpet? You already have the cleaning stuff at the ready.

5. The dreamer

Do you go to work in the morning with a big smile because you know you're going to see your crush colleague again? You prefer to be near that one colleague all day. You secretly enter extra meetings with him/her. Oops!

6. The parent

Do you like to make sure that everything is to everyone's liking? Then you are the mother/father/parent of the company. You like to take care of your colleagues and they always know where to find you. You make a nice cup of coffee for your colleagues without being asked and always ask how others are really doing. Keep it up!

7. The special bird

Do you hear regularly from the colleagues around you: “Act normally. You're crazy enough.”? You are undoubtedly the special bird of the group. In the positive sense of course! Did you know that employees perform better if the working atmosphere is good? You contribute to that!

9. The I-can't-say-no

Your dictionary doesn't know no. You always say full-bodied “JA” on everything. Extra works? No problem. Clean up the dishes? With love. Drink after working hours? YES!

10. Aunt Bep

Are you always aware of everyone's life? You know that Peter was outside yesterday without a key and that Alyssa ate sushi for the 5th time this week. You are the reporter of the workplace. Everyone knows who to go to for the latest news!
