Our first Vrijbabo (Friday Job Drink)

At BergWerk we like to put our employees in the spotlight. That is why we organized a Friday afternoon drink on Friday evening, July 8. The weather was beautiful and we sat comfortably on the terrace at De Belofte in Harderwijk. Many workers were present, from young to old and from production to office. Among the employees present, a Vanmoof E-bike was raffled, namely:. €2,500.-.  There was also a photographer present to capture the fun and a group photo could of course not be missed.

Entertaining conversations were held while enjoying snacks and drinks. The conversations were about everything. Both work and private life were discussed and of course this drink was a great opportunity for employees to get to know each other and the mountain workers better. The mountain workers have found it very nice to get to know the employees better in this informal way. This allows us to experience more connection and we can help our employees even better with finding (work) happiness.

Van Moof E-Bike Competition worth. €2500,-

There was also a table on which we promoted ACE|SHIN. ACE|SHIN stands for Animal Care Espana. BergWerk supports this charity. For this we raised more than €600 during Friday afternoon drinks.

In addition, we had a nice competition for all employees and job seekers present, namely: a Vanmoof E-bike raffled off. €2,500.-. Everyone was allowed to put his/her name on a rag. We announced the winner on Monday, July 11. Barbara was the lucky one and was allowed to choose a nice bike.

We received many positive responses during and after this evening. Repeatable!
