Planner transport and retail in Ermelo

As a planner, you and your colleagues ensure that more than 200 drivers are used efficiently and all transports run smoothly. About the function
- Planning daily transport routes.
- Adjust the schedule during the day.
- Maintaining contact with drivers.
- Coordinate with clients.
- Working with the Transpas planning system.
- Thinking about efficient planning.
Within the position you switch between preparing the schedule for the next day and adjusting the schedule on the same day.
You work in varying shifts between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m. according to a schedule that is determined well in advance. On average, you work one weekend every four weeks. A compensation week follows after a working week including a weekend. You will receive a surcharge for weekend services.
About the company
You will work for an established logistics service provider that provides daily transport for various retail and hospitality customers. Hundreds of colleagues work together within the organization to deliver goods on time and under the right conditions.
You will end up in an informal planners' department where humor, collaboration and involvement are central. Colleagues know each other well and the amount of contact with drivers means you quickly build a close bond. What we ask
- You have MBO+ work and thinking level.
- You have several years of experience as a transport planner.
- You have a driving license B.
- You live within about 30 kilometers of Ermelo.
What we offer
- Employment of 32 to 40 hours per week.
- A gross monthly salary between € 3,170 and € 4,580 instead of 40 hours.
- Salary payment per 4 weeks on Thursday.
- Working conditions according to the collective labor agreement for the transport of professional goods.
- Surcharges for weekend services.

- Minimum 27.5 vacation days, including ATV.
- Pension accrual and travel allowance according to collective labor agreement.
