Production & Machine Operation Employee in Harderwijk
Do you like working with machines and do you enjoy being practical? In this position you work in a production environment where you ensure a smooth production process together with approximately 10 to 12 colleagues. You are busy filling big bags, operating machines and checking the process. You work in day shifts between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. You can choose a working week from 32 a.m. to 40 a.m. Would you rather work four 10-hour days? That is also possible!
About the function
- As a production employee, you ensure that the production process continues to run smoothly.
- You work with different machines and play an important role in preparing the products.
- You operate the production machines and ensure that they continue to run correctly. You set up the machines, check the process and intervene when necessary.
- You fill big bags with the end product and ensure that they are neatly prepared for further processing or transport.
- You check the quality of the products and identify any deviations during the production process.
About the company
You will work at a production company within the industrial sector in Harderwijk. Raw materials are processed, stored and transported for different customers every day. In total, approximately 10-15 employees work there, the founder of the company and his son, who is now the owner, are also present every day, making the lines short. You also have a permanent workplace and you are in daily contact with colleagues from production and logistics. Within the company, they believe it is important that colleagues help each other and can take over work from each other. This means that the work continues during holidays or busy periods and you are never alone.
What we ask
- You have experience in a production environment or are willing to learn this trade.
- You speak and understand the Dutch language quite well.
- You won't find it a problem to work in an environment with dust and a sharp air.
- Experience with machine operation is an advantage.
What we offer
- A gross monthly salary between € 2700 – € 2800 based on full-time employment.
- Directly employed by the employer.
- A position for 40 hours a week, 32 hours is negotiable.
- Flexible working hours, you work between 06:00 – 17:00.
- The ability to work 4 days of 10 hours.
- You will receive work clothing and safety shoes from the company.
- You will be trained by experienced colleagues who will take you into the production process.
