About the Position

You will be responsible for short- and long-term planning.
You schedule production orders based on capacity and materials.
You process rush orders and adjust the schedule.
You monitor the progress of production.
You coordinate delivery times with order management.
You identify bottlenecks and take timely corrective action.
You schedule machine maintenance with the technical department.
You'll be in daily contact with the supply, purchasing, and production teams.
You'll work closely with the logistics and order management teams.
You'll help develop ideas for more efficient production planning.
You will work in accordance with safety and quality guidelines.

What We're Asking For

You have an MBO+ or HBO level of work and thinking, preferably in Logistics or (Technical) Business Administration.
You have several years of experience as a production planner in a manufacturing environment.
You have experience with ERP and planning systems
You work with Excel and other components of MS Office 365 on a daily basis.
You have a good command of Dutch and English
You enjoy planning, allocating resources, and optimizing production processes.
